- All fees processed through the LessonPlan automated platform. Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

### 2. Termination & Withdrawal

### 3. Adverse Weather Policy
- Group lessons operate **rain or shine** if the pool remains open. In the event of lightning or hazardous weather, practical pool sessions are substituted with land drills, exercises, or water safety theory. Lessons remain fully chargeable; no refunds or make-up slots are assigned for weather disruptions.

### 4. Group Class Absences & Make-Ups
- **Standard Policy:** Students are granted a maximum of **1 personal make-up lesson per quarter**. Additional medical allowances require a valid Medical Certificate (MC).
